Email privacy@headii.com and describe the information or help you are requesting. Where relevant, identify whether your request concerns website activity or your Headii account or services.
Provide only the information needed to explain your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, recordings or identity documents in your initial email. Our team may need to verify your identity before handling an account-specific request.

Regional information
Our Regional Privacy Notice and U.S. State Privacy Notice explain relevant rights and request procedures. The rights, timing and verification requirements depend on the applicable law and circumstances.
