If Headii is still installing or restarting, wait. Do not turn it off. Red and green flashes alternate during the update.

When it reconnects, check the device software version.

If the app offers a retry, follow its instructions. If it cannot confirm the result, send feedback with the message shown.
Good to know
A downloaded update is not proof that Headii has finished updating. The update light also stops on failure or restart, so check the result in the app.
