Headii won’t turn on
Hold the + button for 3 seconds to turn on Headii. If it does not respond, try charging it.

Check that the charging port is dry and the cable is undamaged.

Connect the included cable securely to Headii and a USB power source. The status light is solid red while charging and solid green when fully charged.

After charging, hold + for 3 seconds again. The light turns green for 1 second when Headii powers on. If there is still no response, choose Get suggestions below.
Good to know
Stop charging if Headii is damaged or becomes unusually hot.
