My photos or videos look blurry
Check the lens and try a still shot in good light.

Gently wipe the lens with a clean, soft, dry lens cloth.

Make sure hair or clothing is not covering the camera.

Take a new photo while standing still in good light. Move it to your phone, then open it in your phone’s photo library.
