Headii’s storage is full
Move the files you want to keep to your phone first.

Check the available storage on Home. Critically low storage can block capture or stop recording, with two quick red flashes and a device message.

Use Move to phone under Casual Capturing.

Open the saved files, then reconnect Headii and check its available storage again.
Good to know
If storage still shows as full, send feedback. A factory reset deletes files still on Headii.
