Moving files is slow
Keep Headii close to your phone while files move.

Keep the Headii app open and follow its connection prompts. Switching apps or locking your phone may stop the move.

If progress is moving, let it finish. Large videos can take longer.

If progress stops, note the message shown. Stop the move safely, then try again in a less crowded location.
Good to know
Each file is deleted from Headii only after it is safely saved on your phone. Unfinished files stay on Headii.
