The device update won’t start
Check the requirements on the device software update screen.

Charge Headii to the battery level shown.

Take Headii off and set it down. End any task that blocks the update.

Try the update again and follow the on-screen instructions. Red and green flashes alternate while the update is in progress.
Good to know
Keep the required connection available. Wait for the app to confirm the new software version. Updating the app does not update the device.
