Headii won’t charge
Check the cable, charging port, and power source.

Check that the port and cable are dry and undamaged.

Connect the cable securely at both ends. The status light is solid red while charging and solid green when fully charged.

Check the power source with another device.

Stop charging if Headii gets unusually hot, smells unusual, or looks damaged.
