Headii won’t take a photo or video
Make sure the camera is open and Headii is ready to capture.

Open the camera.

Check for a message about battery, storage, temperature, or another task. Two quick red flashes can indicate critically low storage or, for video, a battery level of 10% or lower.

Resolve the issue shown, then try again. The capture light turns on for 1 second when taking a photo and pulses while recording video.
Good to know
Press and release the Camera Button once for a photo. Hold it for 2 seconds to start a video. If storage is full, move your files to your phone first.
