Files won’t move to my phone
Check the message on the move screen, then try these steps.

Keep Headii near your phone and connected in the app.

Follow the Wi-Fi and permission prompts. Keep the Headii app open; switching apps or locking your phone may stop the move.

Check your phone’s free storage. Finish or stop any other move.

Fix the issue shown, then try Move to phone again.
Good to know
Each file is deleted from Headii only after it is safely saved on your phone. Unfinished files stay on Headii. Do not reset Headii to fix a move problem.
