Headii won’t connect to the app
Check power, Bluetooth, and app permissions first.

Hold + for 3 seconds to turn on Headii, then keep it near your phone.

Turn on Bluetooth. Allow the connection permission requested by the Headii app.

Open the app and select your Headii. If it is not listed, add it in the app. The blue light flashes during pairing or automatic reconnection.

Try connecting again.

If the app says Headii is linked to another account, send feedback before resetting it.
