Music works, but the app says disconnected
Music and app features use separate connections.

Open the Headii app. Check the connection status on Home.

Select the Headii you want to use.

If it is disconnected, keep it near your phone and follow the app’s connection prompts.
Good to know
A Bluetooth audio connection alone does not connect Headii to the app. A flashing blue light means pairing or reconnecting, not that the app is connected.
